With the recent rise in illnesses, we are seeing far past our normal volume of patients. We ask for your grace, patience and understanding during this pandemic. We apologize for any inconvenience if wait times are longer than usual or if we are unable to accommodate your request to be seen the same day.

We are doing our absolute best to accommodate by working into our lunch hour, and staying past closing hours. We are currently training an additional provider to help us meet the increase in volume and anticipate returning to normal walk-in availability soon. We hope our patients and families understand that we are not working under normal circumstances and we appreciate your patience.
Bestcare Family Medical Center has been made aware of the cancelled mask mandate by our Texas Governor effective 3/10/2021. However, Dr. David Carlson feels as a healthcare facility we are compelled to follow the best safety practices as outlined by the CDC. Our priority is the safety of our patients, and we ask you please bear with us as we will continue to enforce a universal mask mandate for our facility until further notice. Our office will provide a mask to any patient who is in need of one while in our practice.
